Invitation to Participate in the Mentoring Programme for PhD Students
Under the programme, PhD students could apply for funding to undertake visits to partner universities within the Arqus Alliance (Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Lyon, Maynooth, Minho, Padua, and Vilnius). The programme provides funding for one 5-day visit accompanied by a supervisor, as well as two individual research stays of up to 30 days each.
Programme duration:
April 1, 2025 – August 30, 2026
Duration of mobility:

5 days (mobility with a supervisor)

up to 30 days (individual research stay)
Funding:
-
Mobility with a supervisor: Reimbursement of travel expenses (up to PLN 3,000) and daily allowance plus accommodation costs, following national ministerial rates.

Individual research stays: Lump-sum funding, dependent on the duration of the stay.

Mobility reporting requirements:
Within 14 days of completing the mobility, participants must submit a certificate or official confirmation of participation, complete an online evaluation survey, and (in the case of 5-day mobilities) settle travel costs via the appropriate delegation procedure.
